2025: Heart rate variability, PRACTICAL workshop!

A few hours of lectures to explore the different uses of heart rate variability (HRV). Students were able to see how to monitor indicators of the parasympathetic system, and in particular RMSSD.
Our application traces the entire calculation pipeline and allows the raw values to be exported for possible processing with Kubios.
The second part consisted of identifying biases and errors of interpretation often encountered during the analysis.
