Biofeedback Mode

The PhysioGuide module can be used in biofeedback mode to objectively monitor ANS adaptations in real time. The user instantly visualizes the impact of their actions (breathing, concentration, effort, or recovery) on their physiological state.

Standalone module

Each PhysioGuide constitutes an autonomous unit of measurement, ensuring continuity of recording and its metrological conformity.

Integrated breathing guide

The PhysioGuide module includes an interactive breathing guide to train the regulation of the autonomic nervous system through breathing.

Metrological conformity

The architecture guarantees the continuity, integrity and reproducibility of measurements, in accordance with the principles of metrology applied to physiological variables (ECG, HRV, FC, stress indices).

Multi-format export

Export of raw RR data, filtered or aggregated in compatible formats (Kubios, Excel, PDF, JSON), with integration into HPO protocols or physiological metrology reports.

Automatic calculation of the main HRV indices

RMSSD / lnRMSSD – SDNN – pNN50 – Baevsky Stress Index – CardStress (Bozhokin) – Vagal Tone – TRIMP (Banister / Edwards) – Custom Z-Score – SWC.

An open and interoperable solution

No proprietary components, each element can be replaced or adapted according to your operational needs. The POLAR H10 and GARMIN HRM heart rate monitors are fully compatible with the device. In addition, the modules operate with standard protocols (Bluetooth LE / ANT+), ensuring easy integration into your existing environments.

Statistics

Time-stamped and structured data for direct integration into your statistical models or research platforms. Detection of significant deviations using standard statistical tests (Student, Wilcoxon, Spearman)
